Comfortable house on a fenced plot, located in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to the beach (less than 400 m away).



Living/dining room with table, chairs, wardrobe, television, sofa and armchairs. Open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and microwave. The house is fully equipped. The main room opens onto a terrace with an awning.



Two bedrooms each with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds; two large closets, duvets and pillows. One of the bedrooms has a small extra TV.



Bathroom with shower, sink and cabinet (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner). Separate WC.



Garage for storing equipment, washing machine. Parking space in front of the garage. Garden with terrace, table, chairs, barbecue and garden furniture. The house also has a high chair and a travel cot.



Quiet area with supervised beach and water sports facilities (towed buoy, paddle, kayaks, etc.) in July and August. Long sandy beaches. Close to the shops of La Grière (2.7 km). Market on Tuesdays and Saturdays in La Tranche-sur-Mer, Wednesday mornings in La Grière. Supermarket nearby. Free shuttle to the center in summer.



Bed linen and towels are not included but are available on request or reservation, with payment on site. Additional services possible on request.
