The accommodation consists of a living-bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom, and can accommodate two people. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The apartment also features a large roof terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings.

The Kugelbake landmark and the beach are within walking distance, as are a supermarket, an event center, and several restaurants. A nice playground for children is located in the spa park.
