Villa Sunset is located on the outskirts of the medieval town of Bale, just a few minutes from the old town. The 160 m² house has a modern living area with open kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC on the first floor. On the upper floor there is a further, air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom (shower/WC).
In the basement there is also a typical Istrian "konoba" with a large dining area, fireplace, a small, rustic kitchen and a guest WC. From here you have direct access to the terrace and the garden, where a covered dining area with barbecue and a 36 m² pool invite you to relax.
Your car is safely parked on the enclosed property.
The old town of Bale with restaurants, bars and stores is just a five-minute walk from the house. The beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached by bike or car in just a few minutes.
