The 32 m² "Au Refuge d'Hirka" apartment (plus 5 m² balcony) offers full comfort in a renovated, fully equipped space within a 3-star tourist residence. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes in Val Cenis Termignon, you can ski in and out directly from the building. The entrance is step-free for easy access.



Shops and services in the center of Termignon are just steps away, including the tourist office, ESF, restaurants, bars, ski rental shops, bakery, cheese shops, and a small supermarket. The nearest supermarket is only 2 minutes away by car or on foot.



The apartment features a living room with sofa and large-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, electric grill, oil-free fryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has an 80x80 cm shower and a washbasin.



There are 6 beds: one bedroom with a double bed, a mountain alcove with bunk beds (separated from the living area by a door), and a sofa bed in the living room. A baby bed, booster seat, and board games are provided. You also have a private ski locker on the same floor as the apartment, and a private outdoor area on the balcony.



Free parking is available next to the property. Public transport is within walking distance.



Towels and bed linen are not provided and cannot be rented. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
