The cozy couch in the living room invites you to relax. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The bathroom is new and equipped with a walk-in rain shower, WC and hairdryer. The apartment also has a terrace where you can relax undisturbed and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The covered terrace allows you to stay outside even in rainy but warm weather. A free parking space is available.

The apartment is in a quiet location, about 30 kilometers from Ulm. The surrounding area is particularly suitable for cycling and hiking. In the neighboring town of Laichingen (4 km) there are numerous shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants. The Tiefenhöhle cave and the neighboring, family-friendly climbing forest are well worth a visit. Numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area, such as: Horse riding, skiing, cross-country skiing, show caves and Legoland Günzburg (50km). Take advantage of the short distance from Ulm to visit the city. The Ulm Minster, the historic fishermen's quarter, the small Friedrichsau Zoo or the Botanical Gardens offer you a variety of activities, whether in the countryside or with a bit of hustle and bustle in the city. The Blautopf in Blauberuen is also a popular excursion destination. The Blautopf is the second richest karst spring and is 14 kilometers away. Parking is available in front of the house.
