The holiday home is set in a beautiful rural area, perfect for relaxing, hiking or cycling. With 198 m² of living space, you enjoy an exclusively furnished living area in 70s style, Wi-Fi, TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. Books and board games for all ages provide entertainment on rainy days. Up to seven guests can rest comfortably in two bedrooms and a mezzanine adjoining the living area. In addition to the main bathroom, there is a separate toilet.



A special highlight is the pool hall. Here you will find a year-round indoor pool, a sauna (available for an extra fee), a spacious shower, and a relaxation room. The pleasant water temperature of about 27°C and room temperature up to 30°C are ideal for swimming, splashing, and unwinding. On sunny days, the adjoining terrace with outdoor fireplace invites you to end the day outside. The entire pool area can be locked separately. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, but have plenty of space to play outdoors.



The garden features a large lawn, a sandbox, and another spacious, partially covered terrace with seating and sun loungers.



Small gatherings and day guests are possible upon prior arrangement and for an extra fee.



There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies within 10 km. In the village, vending machines with drinks, ice cream, and snacks are just a minute’s walk away. The beautiful landscape is perfect for bike tours along the Old Canal or hikes to Burg Burgthann. Thanks to its convenient location, larger excursions—such as to Nuremberg Zoo—are also possible.
