Apartment

The apartment is just a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by nature on a hilltop with views stretching from the hills to the sea. To reach Oltremare, there’s an 800-meter unpaved road, suitable for most vehicles but not for cars with low suspension. Each apartment is about 25 m², featuring an open-plan space with a double bed, a sitting area with a large single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom. Every unit has a private entrance, outdoor space, and a small garden. The shaded outdoor areas are equipped for relaxing moments.

Guests of this vacation home enjoy access to shared outdoor amenities, which include a pool (open from June to the end of September) and a garden.

The property is set in a village that offers everyday conveniences, including a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher's, a pharmacy, a bar, and several restaurants. The nearby attractions include scenic beaches and historic cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Bolgheri, Volterra, and San Gimignano.

4 parking spaces are available on the property. Please note that, to reach the property, you must drive along a stretch of unpaved road that is accessible to most vehicles but not recommended for sporty cars.

Families with children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request (for a fee).

Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Pets are allowed upon previous request only on the unit Casa Fornelli.

A washing machine is available upon request (for a fee).
