The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with all important appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A WiFi connection and a television with German channels provide entertainment.



The accommodation is ideally located: Only 2 km from Lake Constance, 4 km from Bregenz and equipped with two private parking spaces. Nearby are a supermarket, restaurants, a playground and bus stops. For sports enthusiasts, there is a golf course 11 km away, and skiers can reach the Damüls ski area in about 60 km.
