Refreshing drinks are provided. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, towels, and hairdryer.



Amenities: King-size bed for 2 people with bed linen, additional couch, side table at the couch, armchair, dining table with two chairs, desk with chair, radio with speakers, Wi-Fi, and TV with a wide range of channels.



The apartment features a partially covered balcony with table and chairs. The rooms are freshly renovated. Free parking is available directly in front of the building.

Public transport: Well-developed city bus service, express buses to the trade fair and Stuttgart Airport (22 km) every half hour. The Ötlingen stop (200 m) offers access to the S1 train towards Stuttgart-Herrenberg, also every half hour.
