The holiday apartment Kratzmeier is located in Freudenstadt and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment features a private outdoor area with an open terrace.



In the shared outdoor area, you will find a garden and a playground. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the Gartenschau Tal X, and the National Park Centre Ruhestein is about 25 km away. Free parking is available on the street.



One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property has guidelines for correct waste separation; you will receive further information on site. There are also energy- and water-saving facilities. A shuttle service to the train station is available for an additional fee. After booking, you will be asked to fill out a contact form that will be sent to you to optimally prepare your stay.
