Welcome to your vacation apartment in Überlingen - comfort and tranquillity on Lake Constance



Our new, light-flooded and tastefully furnished vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the east of Überlingen. A stylish retreat with a separate bedroom and an open-plan living area with pull-out sofa bed for a maximum of one person awaits you on a spacious 71 m².



The apartment is barrier-free and easily accessible via an elevator directly from the underground car park. You have your own parking space there, as well as secure storage for bicycles.



Lake Constance with the Yachthafen Ost marina and Strandbad Ost lido is just a few minutes' walk away. The bus and train connections are also excellent - so you can enjoy complete flexibility during your stay.



The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Basic kitchen utensils are of course provided.



For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. In the living area you will find an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a stereo system and fast DSL internet.
