On the ground floor, there is a warm and inviting bedroom with a double bed and an accessible bathroom with toilet, suitable for wheelchair users. The spacious living room with open-plan kitchen is bright and tastefully decorated. Thanks to the large patio door, you can step right outside to a shaded pergola and a sunny, private garden – perfect for unwinding.



Upstairs, you’ll find two large bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. The generous landing can also be used as an extra sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. For families with young children, a safety gate is available.



Outdoors, you can fully enjoy life in the open air. The pergola is ideal for relaxing – or for long summer evenings around the stone barbecue provided.



The enclosed garden offers plenty of sunshine and space for play. For your convenience, there's a separate storage room with washing machine and dryer, plus a private driveway with parking for two cars.
