The step-free Villa Las Buganvillas offers stunning views of the Atlantic and is located in a quiet residential area on the eastern slope of Montaña Roja, on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. Therefore, family celebrations or parties are not permitted. The 101 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. The villa boasts a welcoming atmosphere. Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV with local and international channels, and a washing machine. There is no air conditioning. The private outdoor area offers a heated pool, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy a spacious covered terrace with glass folding doors, perfect for relaxing and admiring the views of the Ajaches mountains and the sea.



The beaches of Playa Blanca and the picturesque Papagayo beaches with hiking trails are within easy reach. A direct hiking path leads to Montaña Roja, and the seafront promenade as well as the express ferry to Fuerteventura are also easily accessible. Two parking spaces are available on the property, with additional free parking on the street. Families with children are warmly welcome. For guests with small children, two strollers are provided. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed on the property. The accommodation features energy-saving lighting and a convenient self-check-in system.
