The location of the Seeapartments is incomparable: just 250 metres from the sparkling waters of Lake Constance, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Untersee towards Constance and the island of Reichenau. In the immediate vicinity you will find a Mediterranean restaurant, a bakery, an ice cream parlour (only open in summer) and a harbour kiosk (also only open in summer). A regional supermarket is 650 metres away and the nearest public transport stop is just 100 metres away, offering you additional flexibility.

The modern flat is located in the centre of Gaienhofen on the 2nd floor and is equipped with many thoughtful details to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The large, open-plan kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Here you will also find a coffee machine, kettle and toaster to prepare the perfect breakfast or coffee treats.

From the cosily furnished living room, you have a direct view of the lake. You can spend relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofas while enjoying your favourite shows on the TV.

The bedroom is bright and spacious and equipped with a comfortable 2 metre wide box spring bed. A comfortable sofa bed is available for another person in the open-plan living area. You can store your clothes in the large wardrobe in the entrance area.

The modern bathroom has an open shower with a small threshold to get in, a WC and a washbasin and offers plenty of space. A hairdryer and towels are also provided so that you can feel at home right from the start.

The Panorama lakeside flat has an open-plan loft feel and has no doors except to the bathroom.

There is a private parking space for your car in the rear courtyard.

Whether you like jogging, hiking, cycling or are interested in water sports such as sailing, swimming or canoeing - you will get your money's worth here.
