The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Punat. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
