The house accommodates up to 5 people and offers a private 200 m² garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying sunny days, or letting your children play safely. You can have your meals on the furnished terrace, read in the shade, or simply enjoy the surrounding tranquility.



Inside, you will find a bright and comfortable living space with a sofa bed for two in the living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). The open mezzanine offers two additional beds: one double and one single. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is simple and functional for a pleasant stay.



This house is ideal for those seeking peace, nature, and authenticity. Located in a quiet area, it allows easy access to the many sites of the Lot and Dordogne, including historic villages, markets, river activities, and hiking trails.



Nearby attractions include Rocamadour, Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Souillac, the caves of Lacave and Padirac, and the Dordogne Valley, perfect for swimming, canoeing, and picturesque walks.



Pets are welcome and the garden is fenced for their safety. Bed linen and towels are not included; please bring your own.
