The attic accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, offering space for up to six people. The apartment features an open terrace with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing evenings. The property is located directly opposite one of the resort's shopping facilities and a bike and e-bike rental. Public transport to Wismar, Lübeck, and Schwerin, as well as the 4.5 km long sandy beach, can be reached on foot in five minutes. You will find numerous bistros and restaurants in town. The spa administration, the 290-meter-long pier, and the spa park with many public events in the center are an 8–10 minute walk away.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Information on waste separation is provided on site. The accommodation offers a convenient self-check-in system via a key box.
