The villa features a private fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the baby bed and highchair provided for your convenience.



Step outside to your private garden where you can relax in the shade or enjoy your outdoor pool. The covered terrace with granite column-supported pergola creates an ideal space for outdoor dining with your private grill. An outdoor shower completes your outdoor amenities. The villa is part of the exclusive Villaggio Rei Sole.



You will have access to 3 shared parking spaces at the property, with one additional parking spot available at the beach. The villa is just a short walk from one of Costa Rei's most beautiful beaches and all of Sardinia. You can easily reach the Tabuclub with beach chair rental service and beachfront restaurant on foot. The Costa Rei center offers restaurants, supermarkets, and a weekly market featuring Sardinian specialties, regional fruits, vegetables, and local crafts. Airport shuttle service is available, and events are not permitted on the property.
