Your 35 m² apartment is located in the basement of a terraced corner house and consists of a living room/bedroom, separate, fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a bathroom with shower and WC. The living room/bedroom is modernly furnished and offers space for 2 people with a French bed. A further two people can sleep on the sofa bed. WLAN and parking are available free of charge.



The apartment is situated in a quiet location in Lindau Reutin in a preferred residential area at the foot of the Bäuerlinshalde with a great view of Lake Constance and the mountains. The beautifully landscaped garden can be used for relaxing and eating and invites you to chat, have breakfast and barbecue. Cars can be parked on the mountain to the left and on the street below. There is a good bus connection to the island and the surrounding area, the bus stop is only 50 meters from the house. The buses run every half hour. The lake can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There you will also find the beautiful Eichwaldstrandbad. From the house, beautiful walks up to Streitelsfingen with a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Constance and the mountains invite you to enjoy and linger, as does the fabulous Tobelwanderweg trail, which leads back to the house. From the Bäuerlinshalde you can walk through the endless orchards to the famous Dalienschau. The Pfänder is approx. 4 km away, as is Bregenz.
