Welcome to your Strandliebe vacation apartment in Scharbeutz!

First, one of the apartment's absolute highlights: its great location.
It is only 150 m to the wonderful white sandy beach of Scharbeutz!!! It is also very close to the town center, yet the apartment is quietly located on a small side street.

You have your own free parking space right next to the building – pure relaxation! The apartment is accessible without steps. There is a ramp to the entrance and a new elevator that takes you comfortably to the 2nd floor.

The stylishly furnished, light-filled, 40 m² apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed (lying surface: 130 x 200 cm), a real wood chest of drawers with a smart TV, and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. A high chair is also available. The vacation apartment also has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (bed size 160 x 200 cm). Please note the layout of the apartment: the bed is accessible from two sides, and there is also a large wardrobe. This clever layout gives the living area plenty of space and makes it
suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The living room opens onto a sunny balcony with a beautiful view of a quiet side street. There you can enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, two-plate induction stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery and cutlery, and everything you need for cooking. You will also find coffee, tea, vinegar, oil, and some spices there.
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025 and now boasts a modern, comfortable, warm atmosphere. It has a great rain shower and an illuminated mirror with an anti-fog function.

In the basement of the house, there is a coin-operated sauna and a table tennis table. Laundry can also be washed and dried there for a fee.

Please note that the municipality of Scharbeutz charges a visitor's tax. In the off-season, it is €1.90 per adult per day, and in the high season from May 15 to September 15, it is €3.50. This amount is charged separately on site. In return, you will receive the “Ostseecard,” which gives you various benefits in the region.
