The property features 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully enclosed private garden, an open terrace ideal for outdoor dining, and a barbecue for enjoying sunny evenings. Free on-site parking is available, and one pet is welcome.



For families, a baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are not included, but are available as an optional extra if needed.



The villa is set in a quiet, green residential area, just minutes from shops, local markets, and cycling paths. You’ll be around a 10-minute drive from the ocean beaches and the town center of Arcachon, with easy access to the famous Dune of Pilat, oyster-farming villages, and scenic pine forests.
