Summary:
The following expenses must be payed extra:

- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

included electricity till 100 kwh/week and water till 10 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay).

From November till april the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with a private pool and a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and shady trees.

The house has a living room (with air conditioning), a dining room, a kitchen (with dishwasher), and a guest toilet on the ground floor; upstairs (accessible via an internal staircase) there are 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).

Internet access is available to tenants, as well as 2 parking spaces on the property. The house is located in a very quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Small dogs up to 10 kg (over 1 year old) are welcome upon request.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

Guest Access:
Somebody will meet the guest.

Getting Around:
Restaurants within walking distance, various pebble and cliff beaches within 2 km; a sandy beach 3 km. Supermarket 2.5 km.
