The holiday home Franz is located in Jemgum and is ideal for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (on the ground floor), and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available. The private outdoor area features a fully fenced garden (1 m high), a terrace with an awning, and a barbecue.



The accommodation is located directly behind the dike and is only a five-minute walk from the harbor and the windmill. Nearby, you will also find the charming harbors of Ditzum and Jemgum, as well as the beautiful old town of Leer. The border to the Netherlands is also not far away.



A private parking space is available near the house. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Two bicycles are available.
