On the mezzanine, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, plus another double bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room. Upstairs, a spacious lounge and games area provide a welcoming spot to unwind. Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and a dormitory with four single beds and a full bathroom, are ideal for families or groups of friends.



On the ground floor, a secure garage with an electric car charging station is available for your golf gear, bikes, or boards. A laundry room with washer, dryer, and a second fridge is also provided.



The villa offers reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Bed linen and towels are included, and beds are made for your arrival.
