Haus Gutschi is located in the center of the town of Imst and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding Alps. The timeless single-family house, built in the 1970s, has been transformed into a comfortable accommodation where up to six people can stay comfortably.



The two-story holiday home impresses with its open layout and a spacious garden of about 1,000 m². It features a dining room, a cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a third separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the balcony, you enjoy a beautiful view of the Tschirgant. Two covered terraces and a charcoal grill are also available.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with cable channels, a wide selection of books for all tastes, children’s books, and some toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.



There are two parking spaces on the property and one garage parking space. A storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot are at your disposal.



A family-friendly swimming pool is nearby, but out of earshot. Numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance. A traditional bakery can be reached quickly by car or on foot.



Away from mass tourism, the Muttekopf, Plattein, and Tschirgant invite you to extensive mountain tours. Hoch-Imst offers many opportunities to enjoy nature in the mountains in both summer and winter. The Pitztal, Ötztal, and other destinations are easily accessible by car or public transport.
