The ground-floor apartment features a large, covered southwest-facing terrace, is bright and spacious, and comes fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided. The modern kitchen includes a stove and a small grill oven, ideal for preparing your meals. Antique furnishings create a unique atmosphere, while comfortable modern seating and beds invite you to unwind. Enjoy summer evenings on the terrace as you watch the sunset over the lake.



Located on the edge of the village, just 100 meters from the forest, you have access to signposted hiking and cycling trails. The south-facing slope captures the sun, creating a warm microclimate. The lake with swimming area and restaurant is 1 km away and reachable on foot, by bike, or by car. The train provides easy trips to Konstanz and Radolfzell. Along the forest trail, it's about 800 meters to the Schmieder Clinics.
