Feel at home in our cozy 3-room vacation apartment with terrace (also covered). The "Domizil am Park" is very close to the lake and bathing beach (approx. 200m) and the park is also not far away (50m). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Kressbronn and therefore in an ideal location. The train station is about 400m away and since Kressbronn is located between Friedrichshafen and Lindau, it is a perfect vacation spot. If you like to travel around Lake Constance by boat, the jetty is just 200m away. There are also stores such as a bakery, butcher, ice cream parlor and restaurants at the jetty, providing a good infrastructure. A special feature for families, approx. 300m away, is the "Künstlereck" playground directly on the lake.



The distinctive 3-room apartment on 2 levels is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the children's room, which can be pulled out to a full double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 meters. A baby crib, high chair, nappy-changing facilities, diaper bucket and stair gate are available. The tiles in the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom (with daylight) and staircase as well as the parquet/plank flooring in the bedrooms and hallway allow house dust allergy sufferers to enjoy their vacation. Pets are therefore not allowed.

The deposit and tourist tax as well as additional services such as an additional towel package, use of the laundry room and intermediate cleaning are settled directly with the landlords and paid by bank transfer. You will receive a corresponding letter immediately after booking.
