Welcome to this bright 42 m² studio in Zingst, located in a modern attic just 350 m from the Baltic Sea beach. Accommodating up to 4 guests (max. 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years), you’ll enjoy an open-plan living and sleeping area with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed. The space flows seamlessly into a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a swiveling smart TV (viewable from bed and sofa), fan, video-on-demand, and a workspace are provided. Beach towels are available.



Relax on your private south-facing balcony with lovely views and unwind in a peaceful setting. The large, shared garden offers extra outdoor space to enjoy.



Shared parking and bike storage are available. The apartment is accessible, and public transport is easy to reach. There’s a spacious wardrobe with shelves, hanging rail, hangers, and a large mirror with a socket. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. A small storage room is available for cleaning supplies and luggage. All windows have pleated blinds, most with insect screens. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery, and maritime décor adds a coastal touch.



Pets are allowed for an extra fee (only house-trained and insured). Events are not permitted. Bike rental, shops, and restaurants are nearby. Linen packages are available for an extra fee.
