There is plenty of space for young adventurers to play and explore. On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining area that invites you to linger and creates a cozy atmosphere. This is where your holiday begins and memories are made with friends, family, or grandparents.



The individual living areas, such as the TV corner, sofa, and dining area, are visually separated and furnished in a harmonious and modern style. A rotating fireplace provides pleasant warmth and comfort. Solid wood furniture, a high-quality leather sofa, and comfortable TV armchairs invite you to spend time together. The kitchen on the ground floor is separate and, in addition to a functional, high-quality setup, offers space for a quick morning coffee at an integrated bar.



The holiday home features beech parquet flooring in the living areas and tiles in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. A lockable safe and a secure garage for bicycles, strollers, and similar items are available. A small sauna in the basement and Wi-Fi are each available for an additional fee.



Within walking distance, you will find the lively town center, the well-connected train station, picturesque hiking and cycling paths, the inviting beach, and the idyllic lakeside promenade. There is ample parking on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
