Two comfortable queen-size beds (1.60m x 2.00m) and a sofa bed (1.40m x 2.00m) for the 5th and 6th guest ensure a restful night's sleep. A dining area for 4 people and a 55-inch Google Smart TV with streaming options complete the offer.

The bathroom features a shower and complimentary toiletries. Fresh towels, premium 100% cotton bed linen, and essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer are, of course, provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker—perfect for cooking.

The accommodation offers free parking in a nearby underground garage. Flexible and easy self-check-in is possible via a key box with a code.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the vibrant city center of Buer. Situated on the upper floors, it offers a direct view of Urbanus Park, providing a relaxing green outlook. Guests can also enjoy the view of St. Urbanus Church, with its square hosting the popular after-work market every Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Here, visitors can indulge in culinary specialties and enjoy various drinks and meals in a convivial atmosphere. Additionally, on the ground floor of the building, a traditional pub invites guests to relax – typical of Gelsenkirchen and the Ruhr area, with its warm atmosphere, rustic charm, and friendly gathering.
