The property, with 70 m² (55 m² built), consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. This holiday home features a private outdoor patio of 15 m² with a covered area and barbecue. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a home office workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in every room, fan, washing machine, dryer, as well as books and toys for children.
