Located in Fréjus, Evasion Maritime is a beachfront holiday apartment perfectly situated just steps from the sand. Saint-Raphaël train station is only a 5-minute walk away. Designed for 2 guests, the apartment can accommodate an additional person on the sofa bed. It is on the 4th and top floor (please note: the elevator is not available to guests due to risk of malfunction). Inside, you'll find a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a bathroom with shower. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The small terrace offers stunning sea views and a front-row seat to the fireworks of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Self check-in and check-out are available via a key box. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the building, as sound carries easily.
