Apartment

The bright apartment with 3.5 rooms was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2015. From the living room, which is equipped with a Swedish stove for cold days, you have direct access to the large balcony. Here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Ried landscape.



In both bedrooms, the beds can either be separated or arranged as a double bed.



The kitchen with dining area is equipped with all essentials such as an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and sufficient dishes.



In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate WC is also available to you.



A washing machine is available in a small basement room.



Our newly furnished holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our two-family house and is ideal for families of up to four people or for two friendly couples. The apartment is suitable exclusively for tourist purposes.



Parking is available directly at the house. Bicycle storage is available for our guests in the garage. A children's playground is about 100 meters from the house and can be used by our guests.
