It is located in a well kept urbanisation a few minutes walk (15-20 min) off the center and the beach. The living room is nicely decorated and has a large comfy sofa and a dinig area. From here you have access to the private terrace also with a table to eat and small garden with two foldable lounges. The terrace is covered and additionally has an awning in case the sun is low. A gate leads directly to the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms have air conditioning and inbuilt cupboards. One has a doulbe bed (160x200cm) and the other one has two single (90x200cm) standing next to each other. The bathroom has a bathtub with the possibility to take a shower. There is a private parking space in the underground garage. An ideal apartment to spend comfortable holidays in Conil.
