The apartment is located in a quiet residential area about 1 km from Lake Constance. About 350 meters away is the Besenwirtschaft Siebenhaller, which invites you to a good meal in a nice atmosphere, with good wine or beer also in the beer garden. The house has two residential units plus the apartment. The free parking lot is located directly in front of the house as well as the lockable bicycle parking space. The nearby (approx. 1.2 km away) Rewe supermarket in Immenstaad offers a large selection of regional products for self-catering. The "Echt Bodensee Card", which is included in the visitor's tax, offers discounted travel and admission to various attractions in the Lake Constance region. The Immenstaad Adventure Park, Meersburg Castle and the Tractor Museum in Uhldingen, for example, offer exciting experiences. Other attractions are within easy reach by car or public transport.



It is a spacious, smoke-free studio apartment with an area of approx. 40 square meters. From the living/sleeping area you can reach the large balcony, from which there is a wonderful view over the garden and into the quiet residential area. The apartment has an integrated kitchenette with stove, oven and dishwasher as well as a fridge/freezer combination. There is also a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen cupboards. The bathroom has a washing machine and a spacious shower. An ironing board and iron are available on request. WLAN is available throughout the apartment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment and in the stairwell.
