Available for shared use: +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026 the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are excluded. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment FRI UDI 059 (5 persons) is located in the same building. Located on the main shopping street. 1 numbered parking located in the yard of the house or 300 m.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid September, 3 m x 7 m, depth 1,20 m). The pool is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and can only be reached on foot (approx. 20 steps)

Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on couch/sofa and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
