The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2012 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture, and lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 Euro, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg are allowed. Please indicate the size of your dog when booking++.


Location
Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday flats are located from the 4th to the 9th floor. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Each flat has parking for 2 cars (no minibuses).

Air conditioning, central heating. Wi-Fi is available to guests. It is a light Wi-Fi, therefore neither streaming nor downloading is allowed. (PLEASE order when booking). Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.
