The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2012 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in the town centre. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture, and lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg are allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartments are located from the 4th to the 9th floor. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Each apartment has parking for 2 cars (no minibuses).
