The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The domicile is also popular because of its location by the water. Available for use: terrace and garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming, no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please indicate the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. The entrance to the parking space is only 1.95 m wide (not suitable for minivans and SUVs).

Kitchenette with dining area, gas stove, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.
