The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The availability of a parking space cannot be guaranteed, as the number of parking spaces is less than that of the apartments.

If the accommodation is on the 1st floor, the living room has access to a furnished balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
