The fully-renovated 3* La Bergerie gîte is located in a magnificent chalet with a total of 3 gîtes: bright living room with sofa bed, TV, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds (blind room)), 1 separate WC, bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine with dryer, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with induction oven, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue machines), private terrace with garden table, barbecue, parking at the foot of the gîte.

Hiking trails start at the foot of the chalet. 12 minutes from Lac de Flumet.



Linen and cleaning not included (optional). Pets not accepted.



In a magnificent setting with breathtaking views, this chalet will delight mountain lovers. Skiing, hiking and Savoyard gastronomy await you in a village (La Giettaz) that has remained typical and welcoming, linked to a large ski area (Portes de Mont Blanc = La Giettaz, Combloux, Megève - open from Christmas to the end of March) just 5 minutes away by car, with free parking. Shuttle bus 6 minutes' walk downhill (more sporty at the lift).

Village center 5 minutes by car: grocery store, bakeries, restaurants-pizzerias, bar-tabac-souvenirs. Numerous winter and summer events.

Hiking and snowshoe trails start at the foot of the chalet. Cyclists can climb the surrounding passes (Aravis, Croix Fry, Saisies...) 15 minutes from La Clusaz, 20 min from Megève, 30 minutes from Albertville, 45 minutes from Lake Annecy, 2h30 from Lyon, 1h30 from Geneva.

Please bring chains or snow tires in winter.
