Located in Nuthe-Urstromtal, the seminar and guest house Landhaus Gottsdorf offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation consists of a cosy entrance area, a well-equipped kitchen, eight bedrooms and a dormitory, six bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 24 people. For up to 16 people, eight bedrooms with fans are available; from 17 people onwards, the dormitory is also opened. A private sauna is available to you for a fee per use. The seminar house features two open terraces, a fire pit, and a barbecue area outside.



Enjoy peaceful mornings in the shared garden. The property is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the village and offers a typical finca experience. Nearby you will find the Fläming-Skate, a thermal bath, a cinema, and the bathing lake in Dobrikow, which invites you to take walks in nature. Public transport connections are within walking distance.



There are eight parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of two dogs are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and loud parties are not permitted. You are expected to observe quiet hours during your stay (no noise after 10 pm).



The house does not meet hotel standards but impresses with its aesthetics and warmth. There is a communal dining room, a restaurant-level kitchen, and two additional lounges. Additional services include booking the sauna (available for an extra charge) and booking full board with at least three weeks' notice. A 75 m² converted barn can also be booked for seminars or other events upon request. Please note that sleeping in sleeping bags is not permitted.
