The basement features a multipurpose room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a foosball, and an infrared sauna, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor includes another fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area, a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and direct access to a spacious terrace (45 m2) with a view of the surrounding greenery. Additionally, the ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The first floor has two bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed, one single bed, air conditioning and a TV. A bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor.

additional amenities include free Wifi, private parking for 5 cars on the premises. From the basement, you can step onto a covered terrace with a jacuzzi – a perfect place to relax in warm water. Next to it, there is a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The ground floor and basement are not connected by an internal staircase but can be accessed separately via an external staircase. In the garden, the sun terrace with sun loungers offers a peaceful spot to unwind while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
