- Security deposit adjusted if you bring a pet

- Heated pool during autumn school holidays

- Relaxation area: table tennis, foosball, pétanque court (June to September)

- Pets allowed for an extra fee (1 pet per apartment)

- Mandatory cleaning: available for an extra fee if not respected
