The holiday home Haus Gutach, located in Schönwald in the Black Forest, offers a wonderful view of the nearby mountains. The 160 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, and can accommodate up to eight people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a permanently rented apartment in the lower part of the house. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about 15 minutes away on foot. A cross-country ski trail is directly in front of the house.



Parking is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. A ski storage room is available.



The accommodation supports you in proper waste separation; further information is available on site. In addition, the house features energy- and water-saving facilities as well as a convenient self check-in system.
