The 65 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating 5 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine and a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This holiday home features a private balcony where you can relax in the evenings.

You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes. Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep. Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014. The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort. A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home.
