With about 100 m², it features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (with single or double beds), and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests. Air conditioning, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are provided. You have direct access to a charming private garden with pergola, table, and seating—perfect for outdoor meals. The house is part of Lucca’s oldest estate and enjoys unique panoramic views over the plain to the port. The location offers privacy, easy access to Tuscany’s main art cities, Versilia in under 30 minutes, and is ideal for Apuan trekking. On request, we can deliver fresh products from our biodynamic farm, such as eggs, wine, and vegetables, available for an extra fee.
