The Luxury Seaview villa with jacuzzi is located in Conca dei Marini and offers a splendid sea view. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, and air conditioning. A baby cot is also available. The private outdoor area includes a hot tub, garden, terrace, and outdoor shower.



You have access to a shared descent to the sea with other guests of the property (rocky shore). Access to the beach club is available for an extra fee and is open from June to September, depending on weather and sea conditions; reservations must be made at the reception. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Amalfi Coast, with easy access to Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano, Positano, and Sorrento. Nearby you will find the archaeological site of Pompeii, ferry terminals for Capri and Ischia, and scenic trails such as the Valle delle Ferriere and the Path of the Gods. The beach and public transport connections are within walking distance.



The property offers a parking space. Please note that there are numerous steps at the entrance. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at the property’s restaurant with an à la carte menu (for an extra fee). There are guidelines for proper waste separation; more information is available on site. An airport and train station shuttle service is available for a surcharge.
