**First floor:**

On the first floor, you will find a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals. Opposite you will find an inviting living room with a cozy dining area where you can dine and relax together. **1st floor:**

There are two separate bedrooms on the upper floor of the apartment, ensuring your peace and privacy. You will also find a modern bathroom with shower and WC on the 1st floor, offering you all the comfort you could wish for.
