The standalone mobile home is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the forests and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

National category 4 stars, reception, 1 restaurant, bar and laundrette. The on-site restaurant serves regional specialties and pizzas, with the option to order takeaway meals. There is also a bar and an ice cream parlour for a cool refreshment on hot summer days.

A small shop is available on the campsite for daily needs, and two supermarkets are located about 2 km away.

Amenities include a laundry service and free Wi-Fi (hotspot). For an additional charge, guests can use the wellness centre with a bio sauna, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna.

This beautiful facility, situated at an elevation of 800 meters in the picturesque Katschtal, offers an authentic Austrian landscape, surrounded by unspoiled nature. Forests, streams, lakes, mountains, and charming castles in the vicinity make it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or for anyone who loves outdoor activities and adventure. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. The facility features two swimming pools, one of which is partially heated, ideal for adults and children. Equipped with sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability), there is also a partially heated children's lagoon. The swimming pools are open from 15 June to 31 August 2026, weather permitting.

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis. Animation for children. A children's entertainment programme is offered in July and August. There are two outdoor playgrounds, a small educational farm, a library, table tennis tables, a football pitch and water games for the whole family. Horse-drawn carriage rides and a sauna (€7.00 for two hours), which is also accessible to children under adult supervision, are available for a fee. Bicycles can be hired and a golf course is 20 km away.
